right now, im pretty sure all of my blog friends know how much i enjoy brownman revival's music. hehe, di pa ba obvious? anyway, aside from their own songs, i also like their remakes of old songs. one of which is lionel richie's the only one. every gig, my friends and i always request bmr to play this song. and the lyrics, remind me of good days! because somebody stole my heart away though im not sure who the culprit is! labo? yeah, i know im beginning to sound ridiculous again but i can't help it. basta, i just want to share with you the lyrics of this beautiful song because i know that at one point, we all feel the same thing for that someone who stole our hearts away! yowza!

it's funny how we won against ATENEO(yeah, im a fan too!) yet we lost to NU by a point.

that game against ateneo was absolutely exhilarating, surprising, nerve-wracking, heart-pounding...because since 2001, UST never won a single game against ateneo. not until that fateful day when all the angels and saints chose to stay at our side. i was totally dumbfounded after i heard the final buzzer. we won. we actually won. thank god we won. and do you know what's the best part of that sweet victory? we beat them at their own home. im not being boastful or anything but hey, ateneo's one tough team to beat. especially with their sixth man(the crowd). we were undermanned but we still managed to keep the always lethargic Thomasian crowd alive. and it felt great.

however, that game against NU was totally alarming and disappointing. i mean, ust had all the advantages over nu but then they lost. by a point. oh well, this season's really full of surprises. you'll never know what will happen next.

anyway, this coming saturday, we need the participation of the Thomasians more than ever. we have to support the salinggawi as they defend their title in the nestle cheering competition. we have to be there to cheer and be proud of them. the other teams have improved and im pretty sure that they are preparing so much for the competition. so let us all unite on saturday and keep our school spirit alive! one for UST!

*please wear yellow shirts on saturday if you're planning to watch it at the Araneta Coliseum, ok?

ang galing. salamat sa internet, nahuhuli ang mga sinungaling. grabe, bakit ba hindi ako nadala?

i was taken aback by his words. well, he seemed effing sincere and real. he looked straight into my eyes while smiling sheepishly. i was lost for words after hearing all of his cajoling. oh gawd, he was really good at it.

he really impressed me.

too bad, with the help of the internet and my snooping super power, i found out that he IS STILL IN A RELATIONSHIP. i actually asked him about it and naturally, he denied it. friend lang daw niya yun and so being the uber accepting that i am, i believed him.
but then just a few minutes ago, i saw the girl's profile and their picture together labeled "my boyfriend." wow,kakagulat no?

i had, by far, the worst diva mode this afternoon and my mom was the clueless victim.

we were at a computer shop this afternoon and my mom was asking the saleslady to change the receipt because she'll be needing it for some reimbursement blah-blah. the saleslady refused so my mom figured in an argument with her. i wasn't feeling really well so i just went out of the shop(i knew my mom would win that argument anyway). when my mom finally got what she wanted, we left and headed to Gateway. while on our way, she kept asking me "bakit ka lumabas, nahihiya ka kasi nakikipagtalo ako?" you know how moms are when they argue with other people and believe me, it was really annoying and a bit embarassing. and i bet you know how moms nag. oh gawd, it irked so much that i walked ahead of her(at the mall) and pretended not to hear her. she told me that she needs to pay her bill but then i snapped back at her. i told her that i need to buy something at sm and i don't want to wait for her. basta i made her follow me wherever i went and i walked fast so that she'll be left behind i am so wicked no? but that's not all, i demanded her to buy me a pair of sandals and shirts. i know i was such a brat but don't get me wrong, though. i acted that way because apparently, it is the time of the month when my hormones are acting crazy. my mom's nagging triggered my raging hormones and it turned my diva mode on. but i do not actually enjoy it, i hate the feeling because uneasiness comes along with it. anyway, nagbati din kami after she bought me all of the things i wanted, hehe

last night, deeg and i went out. we watched the constant gardener at eastwood. the movie was really nice but it was really loong( 2 1/2 hours, i think). better watch it because aside from the good and enlightening story, ralph fiennes' acting was superb. the cinematography was interesting also, so watch it.
anyway, after watching, we headed to jollibee and had our fries and gravy fix(now my favorite!). after eating, we talked some more and took pictures(of ourselves, of course).
i absolutely enjoyed being with him last night basta, i feel happy everytime were together,hehe

*i kinda expected that my previous post would stir some negative(and violent?!) reactions. i would like to reiterate that i also think that salinggawi's performance last year was better but the thing is, they still did a great job this year. and i believe that they deserved to win. peace!
